Lipidomics and Metabolomics advance the understanding of the biochemistry of lipids and metabolites. We treat endogenous metabolites not as isolated entities but as a metabolic network. By working with different research and corporate groups we expand the knowledge further in this exciting and fast developing field.
Over many years, we have developed and accumulated a unique set of experiences that apply state-of-the-art mass spectrometry for small molecules analysis in various applications. Our laboratories host a combination of mass spectrometers (low and high resolution), methods (direct infusion and chromatography, targeted and untargeted) and data analysis capabilities.
02 Steps to Take
We will arrange a meeting to discuss the feasibility of the project. Together we will quickly review the background and pre-existing data, exchange ideas, discuss experimental strategies, and determine if the project is of mutual interest and if there is a mechanism in place to cover the costs.
If the project moves forward a Senior scientist will be assigned to the project.
